Daniel Wallace

Author of Big Fish

Daniel Wallace is the author of four novels, including Big Fish, Ray In Reverse, The Watermelon King and Mr. Sebastian and the Negro Magician.  His books have been translated into 25 languages, and his first book, Big Fish, was made into a motion picture by Tim Burton.  His short stories have been widely published and anthologized, and many of them are taught in schools and colleges across the country.  His illustrated work has appeared in the Los Angeles Times, Italian Vanity Fair, and in two books forthcoming later this year.  He lives in Chapel Hill with his wife Laura and son, Henry.  http://www.danielwallace.org/
