Storytellers

In more than 30 years as a journalist, Susan Ladd has worked as a reporter and editor in features, general news and investigative reporting. She is a three-time winner of the statewide editing award presented by the Associated Press, and has won numerous writing awards, most recently a first place award in column writing from the Society for Features Journalism. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Master of Communication Studies Degree from UNCG. Currently a senior writer and columnist at the News & Record, she also teaches courses in communication studies at UNCG and N.C. A&T.
