Storytellers

Creativity has always been a part of Heidi’s life. Growing up in Cary, she sang in church and show choirs, performed in theater, and played violin at Cary High.

Her love of storytelling began with her Grandma Woodrum, whose vivid tales of childhood in the West Virginia mountains sparked Heidi’s imagination. As a child, she devoured any book she could find; especially her grandmother’s large-print romance novels.

Now a mom of four and a Gigi to two, Heidi and her husband cherish a home filled with laughter and lively chaos. Many of her favorite stories begin with, “Hey Mom! Guess what I did today?”

As a stylist and personal shopper, Heidi has had the privilege of hearing hundreds of clients’ stories, reinforcing her belief that everyone has a story worth telling.
